Answer: Contracts may vary based on the type of relationship you are establishing with DRMZ. We have AOR (Agency of Record) Agreements, Annual, Month-to-Month and Project-based Contracts. It is all subject to your end-goals, budget & immediate needs.

Answer: When you hire a Recruitment Agency you are charged high admin costs while receiving over-inflated recruitment metrics. At DRMZ we do not broad stroke any one-type of campaign. We work directly within your market, utilizing your agency’s parameters in order to ensure that the your ROI results in true applications and conversions.

Answer: Absolutely! Everything is customizable. The packaged Law Enforcement solutions are provided as a benchmark for the average costs/spend for PD Agencies. However, as no PD is the same, neither are their solutions.

Answer: DRMZ offers three various payment options: ACH, Cash App or Zelle, and credit card. For credit card payments, a small processing fee may be incurred.
